Saurabh, Partner & Patent Attorney Senan IP, come-up with extensive experience in Patent Prosecution and Technology Strategy Research. He is registered with the Indian Patent Office as a Patent Agent and holds a Master’s degree in Telecom technology, along with LLB. He has extensive experience specifically within the IP domain and has worked with leading multi-national and regional corporations on patent strategy. He trained and mentored several Patent Agents, and led the internal IP Consulting team for Patent Professionals. He is involved in providing strategic inputs on various cutting edge technology to various MNCs.
Rushank, Partner at Senan IP, has Masters in Electrical & amp; Electronics Engineering, with the experience of 13+ years in IP Industry. He has enhanced IP portfolio for many companies. He has experience in IP related services such as Drafting Patent Application provisional and complete, Handling patent prosecution, State of the Art Search, Freedom to Operate, Patentability, Invalidation Searches, Infringement Analysis Support, IP Due Diligence, Patent Valuation, Competitive and Patent Landscape Analysis, conducting various Patent searches to retrieve relevant Patent documents on Databases such as Orbit, Delphion, ESPACENET, USPTO, WIPO, Google Patents, Patent lens etc.
Jyotsana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s in Food Technology. She is a registered Indian Patent Agent with 5 + years of experience. During her journey, she has been associated with IPO for her IP training for 1 year. Her expertise lies in Patent Prosecution and she is well verse in IP drafting and attending hearings. She has handled matters in USPTO and is exceptional in German Patent Application Filing.
Rishita has earned master's degrees in Computer Application and Computer Software Engineering. With over 5 years of experience in the IP industry. She has more than 2000 granted application under her belt. She is a big part of creating IP awareness and organizing events related to IP. Rishita exhibits exceptional dedication to customer service. Her unwavering commitment plays a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our clientele. Kamakshi holds a Law Degree and is an attorney of law with 4+ experience in IP Consultancy. She is experienced in IP Legal & Sales professional with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies to increase business growth. She brings a unique blend of skills to the table like, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, drafting business growth plan etc. With a background in Law, she can adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems. She has proven track record of successfully managing and executing project in docketing trademark filings, proof-reading and vetting documents, and achieving sales targets.
Neetu has exhausted experience in the IP industry, she is involved in Global patent filing, Trademark filing & design filling. Neetu actively engages with customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Her adeptness in customer interactions further solidifies her value within our organization, as she consistently delivers exceptional service and fosters enduring client relationships. Along with being she possess more than 9 years of research experience which includes designing experiments and analyzing the results, leading to several international scientific publications in a peer reviewed journals with high impact. She multifaceted skill set positions her as a valuable asset in the field of intellectual property. Her adeptness in patent prosecution, coupled with her proven track record in research and publication, underscores her ability to deliver comprehensive and impactful results.
Abhaya holds a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a L.Lb degree, alongside enrolment in the Bar Counscil of Kerala. Abhaya's expertise lies in handling a spectrum of IP matters, including FER responses and patent application drafting across diverse domains such as electronics, AI, IoT, electrical, ML, civil engineering, and mechanical fields. With a solid foundation in both engineering and law, Abhaya brings a unique perspective to her role, enabling her to navigate the complexities of intellectual property with precision and efficacy. Vaibhav holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and boasts over 5 years of experience in the field. His expertise lies in specialized machine design and patent illustration, making him a valuable asset in the realm of intellectual property. As a patent artist, Vaibhav plays a crucial role in assisting inventors with the formalization of patent drawings and illustrations in accordance with the regulations of various patent offices including USPTO, WIPO, PCT, SIPO, CNIPA, JPO, CIPO, AU, EPO, and India. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that patent applications meet the requisite standards for filing, encompassing utility patents, design patents, office action drawings, and other patent-related illustrations.
